DMCA Notice & Takedown

Scorecrypt respects intellectual-property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe content hosted on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notification using the procedure below.
Filing a notification
A valid DMCA notification must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a list, if multiple works are involved).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (URL or in-app reference).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party (mailing address, telephone number, and email address).
- A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Where to send it
Send notifications by email to legal@scorecrypt.com with subject line "DMCA Notification." We will respond within a reasonable time and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material while we investigate.
Counter-notification
If material you posted has been removed or disabled in response to a DMCA notification and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to legal@scorecrypt.com with subject line "DMCA Counter-Notification" and include: your contact information, a description of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court.
Repeat-infringer policy
We may terminate accounts of users found to be repeat infringers, in our sole discretion and consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).
